The promoters have envisioned to establish a private unaided Polytechnic par excellence in Vill. Kohra - Bhura Tehsil Naraingarh Distt. Ambala to produce skilled and trained manpower in the emerging areas of technology. Technical Education being skill and competency based apart from the knowledge, requires linkages with industry and the fellow institutions in the region in particular and in the country / abroad in general. Since, the technology is changing very fast, it is not always possible to have each and every equipment for training in the institutions. The environment in an academic institution is quite different from the real world of work. Therefore, sharing of resources with industry and the fellow institutions becomes imminent. The Mata Mansa Devi Educational Society intends to develop linkage with industry, fellow institutions and community as elaborated below.

Gurukulam institute of Tehnical Education has been established in the year 2007 under th aegis of promoting body i.e. Mata Mansa Devi Educational Society. The Society has established said Polytechnic offering Diploma courses in Engineering & Technology at Vill. Kohra-Bhura (Bhurewala) Tehsil-Naraingarh, Distt Ambala to cater to the needs of ever increasing trained man power in the region. The institute has established state of the art facilities and has recruited highly experienced and qualified teaching faculty. The site is located on State Highway leading from Naraubgarh to Chandigarh.
